Hummus Grill is a neighborhood halal kitchen rooted in Chicago's Wicker Park. We marinate our chicken overnight, turn shawarma on the spit until the edges crisp just so, and grind chickpeas fresh into hummus that's silky enough to swipe with a single torn piece of warm pita. Our kabobs are seasoned with house spices and finished over open flame - beef, chicken, and lamb cooked the way they were meant to be.
